Difficulty Patch

Hi, it came to my attention that STATIC is too difficult/frustrating and long for some players.
Measures were made to shift challenge to reaching the target score and make the game otherwise less difficult and shorter by changing parameters as shown below. Basically the focus was shifted away from the visual handicaps. Since I can't make changes by adding features to mitigate such issues, I'm reserving them for a potential post jam update.
- The game was made significantly shorter, from ~15 minutes to ~12.
- Spinning axe move's damage was increased: 80->130
- Doppelgangers move has been nerfed:
- Health reduced: 40 -> 25
- Run speed reduced: 15 -> 10
- Blurry vision effect was reduced
- Drunk vision effect was reduced
- Enemy spawn frequency was made quicker: 1.5s -> 1s
- Pre-Boss fight: 1.5s -> 0.75s
- Lag effect's framerate was increased: 20 FPS -> 30 FPS
- Score requirements were increased to acommodate for the enemy frequency change
- Time speed up effect was reduced: 2x -> 1.5x
Weapons:
- Reduced shotgun reload time: 2s -> 1s
- Reduced revolver reload time: 2s -> 0.8s
- Increased knife damage: 10 -> 15
- Reduced rifle reload time: 2s -> 1s
Interludes:
- The bus scenario's solution was moved to be found more easily
- The hide and seek scenario (2nd variant) can be solved more quickl
Boss Fight:
- Fixed an issue that caused True ending variant to spam teleport attack
- Reduced the boss' health: 7000 -> 5000
